Section 74:02:01:02 - Water management board - Annual meeting - Quorum

Annual meetings of the board for the election of officers for the ensuing year and the transaction of other business shall be held at the first regular meeting of each fiscal year. Four members of the board shall constitute a quorum for conducting business.
