Section 70:04:03:05 - Prohibited methods of lighting of directional signsThe following methods of lighting directional signs are prohibited:
(1) Flashing, intermittent, or moving light;(2) Lighting which allows rays of light to be directed at any portion of the main-traveled way;(3) Lighting of such intensity or brilliance as to cause glare or impair the vision of the driver of any motor vehicle; and(4) Lighting which interferes with the effectiveness of or obscures an official traffic sign, device, or signal.S.D.
