Any center staff providing direct services to clients, other than those staff who meet the criteria of a clinical supervisor as defined in subdivision 67:62:01:01(8), must be supervised by a clinical supervisor.
The amount and type of supervision must be based on the center's staff needs for such supervision and their level of education, training, and experience. Clinical supervisors are also responsible for ensuring center staff who do not meet clinical supervisor criteria are operating within the scope of their education, training, and competencies.
