Each center must establish an ongoing compliance review process for the review of case records to assure the quality and appropriateness of services. Center staff must be informed of the review process, and it must be made a part of the center's policies and procedures manual. In addition, there must be a procedure to address any issues that are discovered during the compliance review process.
