Section 67:62:05:02 - Statistical data

Each center shall submit statistical data on each client receiving services to the department in a manner agreed upon by the department and the center. The center shall provide statistical data on all services, in accordance with the state management information system, and any other data required by the department and state and federal laws and regulations.
