Any center applying for state or federal assistance, to supplement services provided under a purchase of a service agreement with the department, shall submit a copy of the application to the department for review. A purchase of a service agreement is a contractual agreement, between the department and a center, in which the center agrees to provide diagnosis, evaluation, treatment, consultation, and other necessary direct assistance required for comprehensive mental health care.
