Section 67:62:02:20 - Approval needed for receipt of government funds

No funds generated through the provisions of SDCL chapter 27A-5, nor any federal funds administered pursuant to SDCL chapter 28-1, may be granted to any agency that is not accredited by the department pursuant to this article.
