Section 67:61:10:07 - Care Units

Care units in facilities providing Level 3.7 services will be established pursuant to § 67:42:11:06, 67:42:11:09, 67:42:11:12, 67:42:11:37, and 67:42:11:38. Other residential facilities seeking accreditation after July 1, 2016 will be established pursuant to § 67:42:11:06, 67:42:11:09, 67:42:11:12, 67:42:11:37, and 67:42:11:38.
