Section 67:61:10:06 - Sleeping Areas

Sleeping areas in facilities providing Level 3.7 services will be established pursuant to § 67:42:11:05. Other residential facilities seeking accreditation after July 1, 2016 will be established pursuant to § 67:42:11:05.
