Section 67:47:02:03 - Certain temporary assistance to needy families program recipients eligible for child care assistance

A temporary assistance to needy families program recipient may be eligible for child care assistance if the following conditions are met:

(1) The parent is participating in an approved activity under the provisions of chapter 67:10:06;

(2) The parent has a child who is under age 13 or is a child with special needs; and

(3) The child is on temporary assistance to needy families or would be a dependent child if needy or is receiving supplemental security income or temporary assistance to needy families foster care and resides with the parent.
