Section 67:47:02:02 - Application for child care services

A temporary assistance to needy families program recipient desiring child care assistance must submit a completed, written, and signed application for assistance to the department within 90 days after the approved activity, begins that resulted in the need for child care services,

An application is void if the department requests additional information and the recipient fails to respond within 10 working days after the request.
