Section 67:46:01:10 - Medical assistance for qualified alien

A qualified alien is ineligible for assistance under this article for five years unless the alien meets the requirements contained in Pub. L. No. 104-193, § 402 (b)(2) (110 Stat. 2264) (August 22, 1996). The five-year period begins with the date the alien entered the United States.
