Section 67:12:06:03 - Financial eligibility - Gross income limit

There is no financial eligibility when the assistance unit's nonexcluded income, without application of disregards in §§ 67:12:05:14, 67:12:05:18, 67:12:05:21, and subdivisions 67:12:05:38(2) and (3), exceeds 185 percent of the need standard for the assistance unit.
