Section 67:12:05:72 - Exclusion of value of supplemental food assistance

The value of supplemental food assistance under the Child Nutrition Act of 1966, as amended, and the special food service program for children under the National School Lunch Act, as amended, shall be excluded in determining AFDC eligibility and the amount of AFDC payment.
