Section 67:12:05:71 - Exclusion of payments received as volunteer under Title I (VISTA)

Payments received as a volunteer under Title I (VISTA) of Pub. L. No. 93-113 shall be excluded in determining AFDC eligibility and the amount of AFDC payment.
