Section 67:12:05:65 - Indian judgment funds pursuant to Pub. L. No. 93-134

The per capita payments of Indian judgment funds made pursuant to the provisions of Pub. L. No. 93-134 shall be excluded as income or resources when determining the extent of eligibility for assistance. Payments received by the member as a result of the investment of the per capita judgment funds shall be considered income.
