Section 67:12:05:64 - Judgment funds paid to Blackfeet Tribe and Gros Ventre Tribe of Montana

Per capita judgment funds paid under Pub. L. No. 92-254 to members of the Blackfeet Tribe of the Blackfeet Indian Reservation, Montana, and the Gros Ventre Tribe of the Fort Belknap Reservation, Montana, shall be excluded as income or resources. Payments received by the member as a result of the investment of the per capita judgment funds shall be considered income.
