Section 67:12:01:30 - Absence of parent because of employment, seeking employment, or attending school

The absence of a parent from the home for the purposes of seeking employment, actual employment, or attending school is not considered deprivation of parental support or care unless the criteria in § 67:12:01:29 are met.
