Section 64:02:01:03.02 - Program certification - Program requirements

To receive a permanent certificate, individuals must successfully complete the following department certification program requirements:

(1) Attend and pass the department annual assessor school;
(2) Successfully complete training courses, as prescribed in § 64:02:01:16; and
(3) Successfully complete the department certification examination by earning a passing score.

Permanent certificates earned by temporary certificate holders are effective on the date immediately following the expiration of the individuals temporary certificate, and are valid for five years.
