The inspector may require a hydrostatic pressure test or another method of testing for leaks acceptable to the inspector after a boiler has had major repairs made on it. Tests must be carried out as described in §§ 61:08:09:25 to 61:08:09:28, inclusive, for hydrostatic tests and § 61:08:09:29 for ultrasonic tests.
