Section 61:08:05:20 - Safety valves required

Each boiler having less than 500 square feet of water heating surface shall have the minimum of one safety valve. Those boilers with more than 500 square feet of heating surface or an electric boiler with power input of more than 500 kilowatts shall have a minimum of two safety valves.
