Repayments are to be made in the following manner:
(1) Payments are due on the first day of the month starting in the month which immediately follows 60 days after notification to the recipient of a violation of the contract provisions;(2) Payments must be made monthly to the office of the state treasurer; and(3) Minimum monthly payments are $250 or 1/60 of the deferred principal amount of the award plus accrued interest, whichever is greater. If the account is delinquent 120 days following the date the payment is due, the account shall be referred to a collection agency.
