Section 55:10:02:02 - Civil service promotional announcement

A competitive promotional announcement may be opened to all civil service and exempt employees or may be limited to a particular organizational unit or classification. Any promotional certification shall be prepared in accordance with chapters 55:10:03 and 55:10:04.
