Section 50:05:01:18 - Conviction of crime

Conviction of a crime for violation of the laws of the United States or the state of South Dakota or any willful violation of the rules and regulations of the institution is considered grounds for disciplinary action such as confinement to the station or disciplinary discharge, which may be exercised at the discretion of the superintendent.
