Section 50:05:01:03 - Physical examination of applicants

A physical examination, secured not more than 60 days preceding application and including laboratory tests and chest X rays must accompany applications for admission. An application may be submitted without the physical and his name placed on the waiting list, but the required physical examination shall be provided prior to admission to the home.
