Section 50:05:01:02 - Admission criteria

Applicants must meet the criteria established by the Secretary of the South Dakota Department of Military and Veterans Affairs which must include the requirement that all applicants must be able to take care of their own personal needs, except in the case of a married couple in which one spouse can tend to the personal needs of the other.
