Section 50:01:01:11 - Government leases negotiated by the adjutant general - Subject to board of military affairs approval

Local, state, or federal government agencies requesting the lease of armory facilities for more than 30 days shall negotiate for space and rental fees with the adjutant general. Agreements must conform to SDCL 1-24 and are subject to approval by the board of military affairs.
