Section 50:01:01:10 - Lease responsibility - Approval of rental rates

Armory control boards may enter into lease agreements. Rates shall conform to the schedule established by the armory control board and shall be approved by the board of military affairs. The board of military affairs may modify or reject rental rates. Interim approval of rates shall be given by the adjutant general, who shall then submit the schedule to the board of military affairs. A copy of the rental policy shall be prominently posted in a public place in each armory.
