Section 5:02:06:14 - Municipal bond election

The municipal bond election ballot shall be white and shall be in the following form:

INSTRUCTIONS TO VOTERS: Place a cross (X) or check mark (T) in the square preceding "Yes" or "No." A vote "yes" is in favor of issuing the bonds and a vote "no" is against the issuing of bonds.
