Section 46:11:06:13 - Other hazardous conditions

For each building the provider of direct HCB services owns, the division may direct a provider of direct HCB services to remove or correct other hazardous conditions not covered in this chapter if the division considers the conditions to have the potential to cause injury or illness to participants or staff.
