All owners, operators and care providers shall take appropriate precautions to prevent the potential spread of communicable disease to the residents. An owner, operator, or care provider with a reportable communicable disease that may endanger the health of a resident shall minimize contact with the residents until such time as they are determined by an appropriate health care professional to no longer be infectious.
