Section 44:03:01:17 - Amendment, suspension, or revocation of license

Any amendment to a license shall be made by issuing a new license. Any suspension or revocation proceeding, in accordance with SDCL chapter 1-26, can be initiated only after exposure surveys are conducted by the department and a serious hazard to public health and safety is determined.
