Section 44:02:04:06 - Enforcement of statutes

The designated agent shall promote legal or other suitable corrective action whenever any establishment or owner violates SDCL 34-18 or department regulations. The designated agent shall cooperate with the department in all matters relating to health protection and SDCL 34-18.
