The designated agent shall inspect at the frequency established in SDCL 34-18 or established by health department policy, all food service establishments, temporary food service establishments, mobile food service establishments, campgrounds, lodging establishments, county fairs, nonprofit organizations, alcoholic beverage establishments, and other establishments as defined in SDCL 34-18. The designated agent shall ascertain that all establishments comply with the minimum health standards set by statutes and regulations. Copies of all inspection reports, correspondence or other materials relating to the enforcement of SDCL 34-18 shall be forwarded to the department weekly.
