Section 24:55:04:08 - Exiting targeted support and improvement school classification

After a school has been classified a targeted support and improvement school for two years, the department shall examine whether the school meets the exit criteria based on the data from across the years of designation. The department shall remove the targeted support and improvement school classification if the school no longer meets the definition under which it was designated for targeted support.
