Section 24:14:04:08 - Agency resolution of disputes

The department shall ensure a timely resolution of individual disputes in accordance with the procedures in this chapter. This includes intra- and interagency disputes about payments for a given service or disputes about other matters related to the state's system of coordinated interagency services.
