Section 20:66:03:03 - Reporting continuing education

To demonstrate compliance with the continuing education requirements, each physical therapist and physical therapist assistant shall sign a statement to confirm completion of the required continuing education hours on the renewal application, and shall present proof of completion if requested by the Board of Physical Therapy.
