Section 20:10:36:05 - Commissioning or operation notice

A public utility shall require the applicant to provide commissioning notice or notice of intent to begin operations of a small generation facility to the public utility. A tier 1 application shall provide 10 business days notice. A tier 2, tier 3, or tier 4 application shall provide 20 business days notice.
