Section 20:10:21:21 - Subsequent plans

After the first 10-year plan has been filed, subsequent biennial plans may refer to and incorporate relevant portions of any prior plan, with additions, deletions, and modifications. Changes in subsequent plans shall be clearly cross-referenced to prior reports.
