Section 20:06:57:03.03 - Eligibility determinations for coverage of working owners

The multiple employer trust must determine eligibility of working owners for plan coverage when the working owner first becomes eligible for coverage under the group health plan. Continued eligibility must be periodically confirmed pursuant to reasonable monitoring procedures. The trust documents must include reasonable provisions regarding approval and expulsion of working owners from plan coverage.
