Section 20:06:57:03.02 - Coverage eligibility

Multiple employer trusts must be sponsored by associations meeting the requirements of § 20:06:42:01 to provide coverage to members. Multiple employer trusts providing coverage to working owners must comply with § 20:06:42:01.01 in the same manner as fully-insured association plans.
