Section 12:68:29:06 - Maintenance of swine records

Each agent or agency identifying swine must maintain a record specifying the identification used, the date of application, and the name and address of the producer of all swine identified for at least 120 days. These records must be made available to the board or any of its authorized agents at any reasonable time.
