Section 835-RICR-10-00-1.6 - Practice Before the CommissionA. Any person may appear before any hearing body of the Commission on his or her own behalf. Any person or party who has an interest in any matter before the Commission may appoint an attorney to represent him or her before the hearing body.B. All persons appearing in proceedings before a Commission hearing body in representative capacity shall conform to the standards of conduct required of attorneys before the courts of Rhode Island. If any such person does not conform to such standards, the hearing body may decline to permit such person to appear in a representative capacity in any such proceeding.835 R.I.
