Section 470-RICR-00-00-1.3 - Motor Vehicle Dispute Settlement Panel(s)A. The Director shall establish one or more motor vehicle dispute settlement panels within the Motor Vehicle Arbitration Board, which shall consist of at least three (3) members.B. The Director shall appoint the chairperson of all panels for the duration of the particular panel.C. Each panel member shall sign a written oath attesting to his or her impartiality prior to the commencement of each arbitration hearing.D. The settlement panel shall report its findings to the full Motor Vehicle Arbitration Board for a vote.E. Vote by the Motor Vehicle Arbitration Board - a majority of those members present at the time of the vote shall constitute a valid vote by the Motor Vehicle Arbitration Board.F.
