Section 280-RICR-30-20-2.2 - Purpose

The purpose of these rules is to prescribe conditions under which the Division of Motor Vehicles of the Rhode Island Department of Revenue will issue a Motor Vehicle Leasing License, pursuant to R.I. Gen. Laws § 31-5-33.
