Laws § 11-19-40 provide for the Superintendent to promulgate less stringent regulations for those charitable organizations who do not intend to run bingo games more than once in any consecutive six (6) month period (ex: an annual or semi-annual bingo game at a church carnival or feast), and also for those charitable organizations where the prizes for any permitted game will not exceed three hundred dollars ($300).B.
