With the exception of the owners and crew of commercial fishing vessels assigned berth contracts and/or those involved in loading/unloading or servicing vessels at the State-owned facilities at the Port of Galilee or State pier #9, Port of Newport, or those persons possessing a valid Saltwater Recreational Fishing License who are engaged in recreational fishing at the Port of Galilee or State pier #9, all persons are prohibited from the State-owned facilities including at the Port of Galilee or State pier #9, at any time during the hours between sunset and sunrise.
