Business written pursuant to this Program shall be regarded as a separate kind or class of business for statistical purposes and shall be separately coded.B. The Association shall submit periodic reports to the Commissioner, as the Commissioner may request, setting forth the number of requests for inspection, the number of risks inspected, and the results of inspections by the Association together with such other information as the Commissioner may request.C.
