Section 230-RICR-20-05-11.14 - CommissionsA. Commissions to the licensed Producer designated by the applicant shall be set by the Governing Committee with approval of the Commissioner.B. In the event of cancellation of a policy, or if an endorsement is issued which requires premium to be returned to the insured, the Producer shall refund ratably to the Association commissions on the unearned portion of canceled liability and on reductions in premiums at the same rate at which such commissions were originally paid.C.
