Section 105.104 - Removal and disposal of vegetation(a) Work shall be conducted in a manner to minimize the destruction of or damage to trees and other vegetation on and adjacent to the construction site.(b) Vegetation cleared and removed from the site shall be disposed of in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
